Human-centric governance
Public services should be designed around people’s real needs and life situations – not organisational structures. Human-Centric Governance is about creating the right conditions for transformation: clear strategies, cross-border collaboration, and innovative approaches that leave no one behind.
This page brings together knowledge, good practices, and opportunities for dialogue to inspire and support a truly human-centric public sector.
