Together, these dimensions provide actionable insights to move from inspiration to realisation.

The Human-Centric Compass – Supporting Human-Centred Governance

The Human-Centric Compass is an AI-supported reflection and self-assessment tool for leaders, managers and employees in the public sector. It supports reflection and dialogue on how governance, priorities and ways of working can create the conditions for more human-centred services and initiatives.
The Human-Centric Compass is currently in beta, and we invite you to try it out! Explore the tool together with your colleagues, reflect on your organisation’s approach to human-centred governance, and share your experience with us.
